INFORMATION & POLICIES
Northwest Marine Yacht Club is extremely unique. We are not your usual marina, but rather a 207 slip dockominium project that allows its owners an opportunity to rent out their slips to help defray the overall costs of owning their own boat slip. When renting one of these dockominiums, please remember you are renting someone's personal property. We ask that you treat it as you would your own, with great care. If the owner has left his lines or power cords, please do not remove or tamper with them in any way.
A heated outdoor pool and clubhouse, including laundry facilities and separate mens and womens bathhouses are available for your use as well as a grilling and bonfire area. Lake Michigan is only a short cruise from your dock. The Straits as well as numerous other interesting ports are a short sail away. Just steps away is the largest public beach in Charlevoix, well equipped for children. We are also within walking distance of the downtown shopping area (less than 1 mile), with various transportation services available.
RESERVATIONS
We may only take a limited number of advanced reservations for periods of 7 days or more. These reservations require payment in full and are non-refundable. Otherwise, call the morning of the day you wish to come in and a slip will be held for you at that time. All requests are subject to availability. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to all state and local taxes.
CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00 A.M.
Guests occupying a slip after checkout time will automatically be billed another nights rental fee.
CARE
For whatever length of time you are with us, we expect you to take extremely good care of our facility. This includes, but is not limited to compliance with all rules and regulations of the Northwest Marine Yacht Basin.
PETS
Pets must be on a leash, not left unattended, and are not allowed in the Clubhouse or pool.
Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up of all pet waste. Mutt mitts are available on the dumpster enclosure at the North End and on the small white building at the south end.
